Contact
You don't have to explain anything yet
Call or pick a time, and the first conversation is with Bonnie King, who founded the practice. If you would rather not talk to anyone yet, there is a form further down.
Or book the free consult
Pick a time on the calendar. It opens in a new tab and asks only for your name, contact details and a slot.

Fill this in and someone on the team will answer it. You are not booking anything and nobody will ring you unless you ask.

What happens when you call
- You talk, we listen. There's no form and no questionnaire. Tell us what's been going on in whatever words you have.
- We tell you who fits. Usually one or two names, and the reason for each. If you'd rather read about them first, we'll text you the links.
- We work out the money. Tell us your plan and we'll tell you what it covers. If we can't take it, we'll say so and point you somewhere that can.
It takes about 15 minutes and there's no charge. More questions people ask →
Where we are
5899 Preston Road, Ste. 904 Frisco, TX 75034 Between Lebanon and WadeAppointment times
We run into the evening, to 8pm. Those are the hours everyone wants, so we'll tell you the truth about what's left rather than let you hope.
After-school appointments from 3pm still hold, and there aren't many of them, so it's worth asking early in the term.
Online sessions
Available anywhere in Texas. You can switch an in-person session to online at the last minute if you don't feel up to leaving the house that day.
For scheduling and billing: bonnie@counselnature.com. Please don't send anything clinical by email - it isn't a secure channel, and anything you'd tell a therapist belongs in the room or in our practice software.
If you need someone right now
This page isn't a crisis service and messages here aren't monitored around the clock. Call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or go to your nearest emergency room.
One call, and the deciding is done for now
You don't need the right words, a diagnosis, or a reason good enough. Tell us roughly what's going on and we'll take it from there.
