What We Offer:
β Competitive compensation 55.00-100.00 per therapy hour (negotiable based on a variety of factors) 63,000-110,000 once caseload is full
β 1099 employment: That means flexibility in scheduling, side employment etc.

What Youβll Do:
β Empower Clients: Provide exceptional trauma therapy services to individuals, helping them navigate lifeβs challenges and achieve their personal goals.
β Innovate & Collaborate: Work with a dynamic team of therapists, sharing insights and strategies to continually enhance our services and outcomes.

β Maintain a Caseload: Support clients, chart appropriately, maintain your own schedule
What Weβre Looking For:
β Licensed Therapist: Hold a valid LPC or LCSW license in Texas, extra training in EMDR, Brain spotting, ART or another trauma focused therapy strongly preferred (ex. DBT, Somatic Therapy etc., Sensori-psychomotor,
β Experience & Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.
β Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centred care.
β Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
β Independence: High level of independence, critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability
β Technology Knowledge: Has knowledge and ability to use Google Suite, and, Jane software or willingness to learn
β Two Days per week in Office: Afternoon/Evening. Flexible schedule the rest of the time. In office or virtual.
β High level of Independence: Strong clinical judgement, strong crisis response skills, high adherence to ethical standards
