“The steps you take don’t need to be big, they just need to take you in the right direction.”

Hey. If you’re here, you’re probably carrying more than you let on.

Maybe you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like something inside you just isn’t clicking the way it used to. You might be noticing patterns that don’t feel helpful anymore—ways of thinking, communicating with others, or ways of coping, or showing up that once got you through hard times, but now… they just leave you drained. I get it. And I want you to know: you don’t have to keep doing this alone.

Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—because you’re not broken. It’s about having a place to share anything without judgment, to untangle what’s going on in your head and heart, and to be seen for who you really are—without pressure, without judgment.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, grief, trauma, identity questions, or just trying to make sense of life, therapy can help you build tools to understand yourself more deeply and feel more in control. Together, we can explore what matters to you, what hurts, and what healing might look like.

You deserve support. You deserve to feel safe in your own skin. And if you’re even thinking about reaching out, that’s already a brave step. Whenever you’re ready, I’m here.

I utilize a holistic approach that focuses on getting to know your strengths and how they can be utilized to help you live your best life possible. I create a safe and welcoming space for you to feel capable of positive change and achieving the best version of yourself. Once we build an effective relationship we can set goals, and start working towards them at a pace that works for you. Counseling is an empowering experience that can help you overcome obstacles and reach the goals that will help you live a fulfilling life.
