Services Provided

Counseling and Nature Therapy Center PLLC offers licensed professional counseling services for adults, children, adolescents, and families in Dallas, Texas, for a variety of life concerns. Counseling is a collaborative process during which you and I work together to accomplish goals in a loving and non-judgmental environment. 

Counseling: People come to counseling for a variety of concerns related to relationships, family, and identity confusion and development. I have experience working with a wide array of mental health diagnoses. Counseling provides a safe space to help you explore concerns that may be affecting your life. My focus is on helping you reach your personal goals to live the best life possible. At Counseling and Nature Therapy Center PLLC, clients may explore struggles, set goals, or learn coping skills to push past personal barriers through the counseling relationship.

Gender Identity Counseling: Individuals exploring identity expression may need counseling for a variety of reasons including gender dysphoria, the coming out process, family therapy for families with a non-binary or gender non-conforming family member, and practical support including assessment and support for hormone therapy and gender confirmation surgery.  


Nature Therapy: is another service offered by Counseling and Nature Therapy PLLC. Increased time in nature has proven to provide a host of benefits such as decreased depression and anxiety, and increased self-esteem, mental focus and faster healing times for those that are ill. I offer nature therapy at White Rock Lake in Dallas, for those that are interested in increasing their nature connection. This type of therapy is also effective for clients for whom traditional therapy has not been a good fit.
